01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FreeStyle platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"). By using FreeStyle you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or older if required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

02Use of the Platform

FreeStyle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit any bugs in the platform
• Use automated bots, scripts, or software to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other players
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform

03Account Registration

To access certain features you must register for a FreeStyle account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@freestyleapp.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

04Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

FreeStyle may offer virtual items, in-game currency, and other digital goods ("Virtual Items") for purchase. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. FreeStyle reserves the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time.

05Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FreeStyle Gaming Inc. and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

06User-Generated Content

By submitting content (avatars, usernames, messages, gameplay clips) to FreeStyle, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

07Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

08Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. FreeStyle expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

09Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
